The following instructions outline the steps necessary to become
a student at VCA. If parents have any questions, they may contact the office at any time. As parents begin this
process, we encourage them to continually seek the Lord for wisdom and guidance in making these important decisions concerning
the education of their child.
1) Prospective families must fill out an enrollment application for each student
and return it to the school with the $150.00 Registration Fee. Copies of past academic records (report cards), health
records, and transcripts, including any standardized test results from the previous year, must be given to the office as soon
as possible. A transfer of Records Form is available to request records at the completion of the previous school year.
2) Victory Christian Academy requires a family interview with the administration.
3) Based on these interviews and previous school records, final acceptance
will be determined.
What's Next?
1. Parent/Student
Handbooks will be given to the family. handbooks will also be available at orientation in August. It is important that both parents and students read and
understand the handbook.
2. Orientation: Parent/Student orientation will be held at the beginning
of each school year. It is important that both parents and students attend and read and understand the handbook.
3. Tuition and Fee: All required fees; registration, and book costs, must be paid prior
to July 15th. You account must be current by the first day of school.
4. Supplies: Student
supplies are to be purchased prior to the beginning of school.
5. Forms: Parents are
to complete the following forms:
a. Medical
Release/Parental Permission form in case of an emergency
b. Pick Up Slip listing the people who have permission to pick up your child.
